Evaluation of Rural Dwellings’ Energy-Saving Retrofit with Adaptive Thermal Comfort Theory

The purpose of energy-saving retrofit rural dwellings is to obtain a more comfortable indoor thermal environment with reasonable investment. utilization rate heating and air conditioning equipment for in poor areas very low, the buildings operate natural ventilation mode all year round. Since existing research on aimed at air-conditioned buildings, methods results are not applicable dwellings. This paper proposes set evaluation suitable applies it cold climate regions China. specific process as follows: First, this analyzed current situation using field established typical building model. Second, DesignBuilder software was used simulate 725 schemes. Subsequently, three main measures (replacing external insulation windows, setting wall layer roof layer) were separately, optimal parameters each measure obtained. Finally, entropy weight method perform multi-objective optimization analysis plans. show that 6+12A+6-mm insulating glass windows + 50-mm 90-mm reconstruction scheme. Compared benchmark building, scheme increased by 23.81%, annual adaptive discomfort degree-hours decreased 13.17%.
